o Participate in coordination and education of patient needs with patient care team, family, and patient.
o Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition; implement and revise plan of care according to patient's status.
o Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
o If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
o Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
o Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
o Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
o Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
o Also referred to as:
