/ Full Time - As a Lab Dispatcher/CSR you'll:
Dispatch all orders for services to field service personnel within fifteen (15) minutes of order entry; Properly document changes to orders requested by facility and/or ordering physician; Coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with appropriate technician and facility; Ensure dispatched orders are confirmed as received by technicians; Contact facilities when scheduling or re-scheduling is necessary for any reason; Assist with inbound Customer Service calls as neededHiring Fast >> Recommended Skills Administration Call Centers Customer Service Expediting Field Service Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
